Case Management
Through the case management process, we can assist you with many issues that affect your life. We provide individualised support, working with you to meet your needs.
School or University too hard? Being bullied? In trouble with the police? Have legal issues? Need to find a new place to live? Having family problems? Relationship issues? Feeling lost? Just want someone to talk to?
MYC has qualified youth workers that can assist you to improve your current situation and provide the best possible support.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
MYC workers are mandatory reporters. If you are in extreme risk, we do have to report it and tell the authorities.
Individualised Support
We work with individuals who may need advocacy, referral, support, mentoring, or someone to speak to. We can assist with applying for Centrelink payments, provide information and referrals for legal issues, housing, and other issues you may have.
If needed, we can refer you to an appropriate service while providing ongoing support.
Work Development Order Program – Help with Fines
Having difficulty paying a fine? We can assist by completing a WDO if you’re aged 12-24.
What is a Work Development Order? WDOs are arranged through Revenue NSW. They allow eligible people to pay off their fine debt through approved unpaid work, education, treatment, or other activities.
Must book an appointment to see a worker.

Access to Computers & Internet
We provide access to computers, internet, and printing – free of charge.
Use them to write resumes, look for work, study, print documents, or whatever you need.
